This is a mock-up design for a corporate communications - contact management app.

The design features an airy, open layout that places a focus on the content. Attachments are contained within each message, highlighted by high contrast colors.

The contact page includes information in a contact-card format, and large buttons to take common action. The meeting request feature shows availability in a widget-style slider beneath the button.

The contacts list shows the three most recently contacted people, and a simple list with iconography. The green icons display who has been online within the last 5 minutes.
