Design proposal #1 (Photoshop)
Main page with a brief logo, menu, and footer section. The background image was intended to be a full-screen slider. The pages were intended to be loaded with AJAX and JavaScript animations.
"About us" page, sub-section menu on the right.
Hovering on the "Projects" item, a list of project thumbnails lays over any active page. Hovering on a thumbnail, the name and location of the specific project is shown.
The list of project thumbnails becomes permanent on any "project details" page, nudging the content container to the right, instead of overlaying. Projects could be browsed through the list, or the previous/next buttons at the top.
Contacts page.
Design proposal #2 (Photoshop, HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
A more experimental design was proposed which uses checker pattern as a guide and places the boxes dynamically. A piece of JavaScript code was built and written in order to calculate the positions and put the items on a correct place. Each item is a hyperlink that opens a container for project details, company info, contact form etc.
Hovering on a project picture, the item turns to a magenta box, indicatiing the name and the location of that project.
If one clicks on the item, a 9-times big container is opened.
The same applies for other pages, such as the contact page.
