I’ve followed the wonderful game of football since a fairly young age. Right from EURO 2004, which is the earliest memory I have of watching the game, to 2016, football has and continues to provide me with much joy. Manchester United - the club I support - has a history that is tinged with drama and emotions and the club’s stadium is rightly named “The Theatre of Dreams”. Many great players have played for the club throughout its colorful history. One player who continues to fascinate me is Eric Cantona. The surreal illustration aims to encapsulate the essence of Cantona - the player, right from his most famous goal to his most famous quote and all the colorful and controversial moments in his career.
