Most of the shellfish are caught at sunrise. As our generation interacts with the rest of the world mostly though screens, we often forget the hardships of some of the most basic and important jobs. This is a glimpse of Gwen and his life as a fisherman on a boat 15 to 17 hours a day, 5 days a week during the fishing season.  He fishes langoustines on a 17 meters trawl boat in the Celtic sea out of the port of Guilvinec in South Brittany.
