Hanke Building Halloween Party
Promotion posters and Main Street Window Gallery installation

In mid October of 2011 my husband and I were commissioned to create an installation for the Main Street Window Gallery. The purpose was to promote a public Halloween Party in the recently renovated Hanke Building next door in downtown Cincinnati. We gladly accepted the challenge though we had less than a week to come up with a concept and execute. We decided on a Day of the Dead theme rather than orange and black spiders and pumpkins traditionally associated with Halloween.

Part of the project was to design screen printed posters (directly below) and postcard invitations that could be sold at the event.

Unfortunately the photos of the windows don't do the installation justice. I wish we'd had ladders...
