Architecture ambition
Západný Sadisa high quality residential environment with active public spaces. With a uniqueproject identity, using simple timeless modern design and attractivelylandscaped open spaces, it appeals to a wide range of residents and users. Thesite concept encourages connectivity to the old town, adjacent uses, and publictransport, thereby encouraging residents to walk or cycle, reducing daily carusage. Inherent in the design is astrong energy concept, future proofing the development for tomorrow’s world.

Simplerepetitive apartment block design, easilyphased for a changing market,maximizing core layout and façade efficiency. Create strong hierarchy of openspace for each resident. Public, semi-private, private. Savemoney on basement construction, to spend on landscaping. Demonstrateoptimum density, and the potential for higher density within one concept.
