ING leverage product websites contain sprinter products - also called turbos. These sprinters or turbos are financial products. Traders visit the website to see market analyses and data, and to check out the performance of the financial products. This platform is offered in Germany, The Netherlands, France and Poland.
One Style Guide For All ING Projects
When ING renewed their branding the existing platform had to be updated. In collaboration with my team, I created an online style guide based on the ING branding and according to ‘Atomic Design’. We started with designing small elements of the website and merged them into bigger ones. Later on we used these building blocks to create entire webpages.
After finishing the style guide the webpages could be set up quickly. We used the style guide for several ING projects within the company. This saved a lot of time in the development process, maintaining style consistency. The style guide is also available for third parties working for ING.

The Design Challenge
Creating a fully responsive website, scalable for several countries with different amounts of data.
Although the platform existed already we rebuilt the website from scratch, delivering clean code and improving UX.
