The project proposes construction of the ferry terminal, hotel and yacht club in Schlusselburg, on the bank of the Neva river. At the moment, there are located old buildings of the Nevsky Shipyard.
The volumetric-spatial composition of the complex is oriented to Lake Ladoga and Oreshek fortress, which is a historic monument in Schlusselburg. Hotel and ferry terminal buildings are joint under the same roof. The roof is designed for walks: it is planted and has an observation platform in its endpoint. The dynamics of the architectural composition is underlined with landscape concept: there is an outdoor pool with stands for sailing races close to the yacht club.
