The night showcased Mision para Cristo, a mission in Nicaragua that has been clothing and educating the children of Jinotega since 1997. In a world of confusion and uncertainty, Mision para Cristo offers a stable place of rest and relief for people struggling to keep afloat.
In addition, the night served as a platform to introduce a program called Leadership & Ministry which functions as a 2nd major in correlation to a students primary focus of study. It brings students to a place where their talents meet the burdens of their heart, equipping them to be leaders wherever their lives take them.
