Actually done quite a few years ago, when I was on staff with a local Jacksonville boutique design firm. "PLAE: People Laughing And Eating" needed a site that showcased their menu and atmosphere more effectively. I used Flash (not a bad word at that time ;) for the gallery, and implemented some lighting animation to add to the ambiance. Fun project.
