I have given myself a project in my spare time of illustrating my favorite skateboarding shoes released in 2016. Skate shoes quickly become worn out, ripped and then replaced before they can really be enjoyed. Its a sad and endless cycle of these beautifully designed and well thought out shoes going from box to bin in a matter of weeks. So Im paying homage to the skate shoes that made 2016.
