A managing member of Selkirk Partners, Stewart Strawbridge has over two decades of experience in global investments. A member of the Philadelphia Security Analyst Society, Stewart Strawbridge is a holder of a CFA Charter and a member of the CFA Institute.

Enrolling in the CFA Program is the first step to earning the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential, the most recognized investment management designation in the world.

To become a candidate and enroll in the CFA Program, one must have a bachelor’s degree or be in the final year of a bachelor’s degree program, have a combination of work and university experience that adds up to four years, and meet the CFA Institute’s strict professional conduct admission criteria. After enrolling, a candidate is required to pass the institute’s exams before officially joining the institute and earning the coveted CFA Charter.

The institute’s exams are split into three levels: level I, which focuses on knowing and understanding investment tools; level II, which concerns asset valuations; and level III, which deals with the synthesis and management of portfolios.

The CFA Charter is the most recognized and respected investment management credential globally. Benefits of membership include employer demand from large institutions, membership to a global community of charter holders, and ethical grounding through the ethical principles learned in the program.
