Christian Retail Store Chain
C28 is a Christian retail store chain, offering an alternative to the mainstream mall stores. The Christian clothing, music, jewelry and accessories reflect a clean and positive Christian lifestyle. C28 stands for Colossians 2:8, Not Of This World (NOTW) and all about Jesus!
California Store locations (Riverside, Temecula, Escondido, El Cajon)
SYNOPSIS: In effort to work with local ministries to help build the community and Kingdom, C28 wanted to partner with local churches to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
SOLUTION: In response we came up with “Church Week” allowing customers to donate 10% of all purchased items to their ministry of choice. The duration of this promotion would last for one week, during this time any local ministry can sign up and be eligible to recieve donations.
DESIGN: With Mt.Rubidoux Church being the 1st showcased in church week, my assignment was to design a poster for all of C28 store fronts. To capture a design that would fit the look and feel of the C28 brand, I went to visit their Riverside location. The store had an urban / indie feel, showcasing graffiti on the floor, Christian rock posters, and tons of apparel with an edgy / retro touch. I designed and printed a 24X36 Poster and a 11X17 window cling, see print process and finished design below.
