This was my entry for the ILM Challenge on Artstation.
I based my concept on Bespin's Cloud City, sometime from Episode IV to V when the Empire garrisons the planet and seizes the strategically advantageous mining city at the time Lando Calrissian served as Baron Administrator.
I would imagine that Bespin being an opulent city on an out of the way system that was unaffiliated with either Empire or Rebels had a rude awakening when the might of the Empire marched through.
It's this juxtaposition of serenity and war, innocence and violence that I intended to capture with my story moment.
