Water, sun and sailing are the three attributes of the concept behind the Pottery Barn Kids beach packaging. Utilizing core colors, such as blue and cream, with the added aquas and yellows to represent the sun and the water, allow this design to fit right into the PBK brand standards. The stripes and patterns on the hang tags reflect international maritime signal flags for sailing, while the boxed, blistered and cello-bag (with insert) packaging utilize a banner to represent sails on a sailboat.
