MUSEUM OF MODERN ART: A+D CIRCLE
Visual identity and membership brochure for the A+D Circle—part of the Museum of Modern Art’s Architecture and Design department. A ballbearing (the department’s first collected piece, circa 1934), was translated into a glyph-like form to symbolically identify A+D Circle. The brochure is held together by a bellyband, and accordions out from the center, reflecting the duality of architecture and design. Colors: silver and black, with a foil stamping of the front cover glyph.
