This 800-square-foot exhibition serves to test some of the topics and storylines being researched and developed by the Wisconsin Historical Society. Visitors engage with a series of display pods in which artifacts are paired or grouped, and are given the opportunity to answer value-judgment questions and provide feedback regarding how the objects on display represent something distinctively Wisconsin. The exhibition, which has proven extremely popular with visitors, is experimental, modular, and low-cost.
