Old Delhi street food being the inspiration for this existing restaurant chain, I've incorporated the client's vision of bringing creativity, innovation and a breath
fresh air to their ‪ Old Delhi food culture, while 'recycling' the restaurant.

The mural is commissioned by the client to be a standalone Art piece. Why I chose a woman's hands was to literally depict the clients hands as she adds her flavour.
The movement of the hands depict adding 'Tadka' 'Breathing Life' into the food.
