For the covers to Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, I really wanted to evoke the psychedelic posters of the 60s because the stories are so trippy. However, I didn't want to completely lose my own style. I also looked at a lot of screen printed limited-palette art, although I ended up straying further and further from that aesthetic.
