Samvardhana Motherson Group is an Indian car parts producer. One in three cars worldwide contains some of their technology. They are a leading supplier in automotive industry globally.
They have a lab called 'Motherson Innovations' and are continuously designing & developing car parts of the future. For this lab a responsive website was designed with a modern and unique UI/UX, with which they can show their clients what innovative products they are designing and developing
In collaboration with 3D visual artists The Outpost, an interactive time travel functionality was created to showcase their innovative products. As a visitor of the site you can travel through time to today, tomorrow and after tomorrow and see what products Motherson Innovations is working on
If you have a closer look, you'll see a few things are changing over time. The vehicles are becoming more modern, the people in the car older and the skyline and road is becoming more futuristic
Also other interactive functionalities were build with which you can explore more related content
An important element in the branding of Motherson Innovations is the red dot. Using the red dot illustrations were made to visualise some of the content
