Following the devastating earthquakes in Nepal in Spring 2015 I was part of a group that organised an auction of promises to raise funds for a charity working directly with the victims.
The design of publicity played on the distinctive shape of the Nepalese flag and the effect of an earthquake or land fault. The event raised £2,500 towards Sahodar's efforts – enough to house several families in semi-permanent structures.
