Warehouse District Mixed-Use Infill
Over recent years, old abandoned storage shelters have been rejuvinated into residential lofts in this sub-section of the Central Business District. The area now hosts an abundant amount of hip restaurants, music clubs, and galleries. The site is 21’6” wide by 115’ long, lies between two delapidated shed-like structures, and has access from two parallel streets (South Diamond on the North/Andrew Higgins on the South). The program consists of a Fitness Center on theGround Level and two residences (a Rental Unit [2bd/2ba] & Owners Unit (3bd/2.5ba) on the Upper Floors. The GreenParti-Walls tie in the adjacent green spaces of the neighborhood, contrast with the present rustic nature of surrounding buildings, serve as a focal point for residents along with the community, and define the outdoor circulation corridor.
