My education at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California- San Francisco was unforgettable. These are few examples of the recipes that me and my group members have made during several classes. I hope you enjoy.
My Garde Manger class was something I've never experience from making sausages to hors dourves. We spent several classes preparing for our biweekly buffets open to our guest we chose to invite and some people that pass by our classroom.
