A 100m2 apartment designed for a mature couple and realized as a turn-key project.
We got the key from our client and the builder's finish. Our client got the 3d visualisation and after 4 months the apartment ready to move in.
The main aim of our project was " open space" . The space of the living room and kitchen was made from 2 rooms and anex. This is the biggest space in the apartment now. The rest of the area was left for the bedroom with wardrobe and private bathroom, small office designed for the Host, bathroom and laundry space. The last one is cleverly hidden in a wooden block, which separate passage from the kitchen.
Warm, pastel colors, natural oak on the walls and the large gres tiles on the floor made beautiful and characterestic effect.
On account of the height of the apartment - 3m and location on the 10th floor the biggest challenge was ceilig lenght doors, 3 meters lenght of the gres tiles and oak boards made for the walls, we had to transported it by crane.
The apartment is full of the newest technology provided by Bose, Miele , Planikafires and the best of italian, spanish and scandinavian design. The apartment is located on the 10th floor Atrium Park complex in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
