Regeneration program for an Deteriorated Urban Context

Renovation and Regeneration Program
The project was initially conceived to address both the physical and contextual challenges inherent in a disconnected environment. Additionally, our focal points included:
1. Proposing solutions to mitigate life challenges and enhance livelihoods in the region.
2. Introducing innovative features to address deficiencies in existing structures based on sector demands.
3. Providing plans and concepts for renovating old houses or designing new ones.

Furthermore, a secondary objective was to design a new prototype for a compact dwelling. Extensive research on traditional housing methodologies informed the creation of a model that encompasses both façade and floor plan considerations for modern residences.
