An illustration made for a Pan Tadeusz Museum - a new multimedia museum in Wroclaw, Poland.
It shows most important historical events (from the Bar Confederation in 1768, through Napoleonic Wars, up to the Great Emigration in 1831) which prompted famous national polish poet to write an epic poem Pan Tadeusz (full title in English: Sir Thaddeus, or the Last Lithuanian Foray: A Nobleman's Tale from the Years of 1811 and 1812 in Twelve Books of Verse).
All constituent illustrations are based on historical references.
