Collateral 2.0 – A Product Configurator to empower the Sales guy during his Sales process. You tell the system your need and it suggests the right product for you.
The Need
Our client, a manufacturer and supplier of converged IP Testing solutions were in dire need of Collateral 2.0. They have complex product combinations that are unique to the customer’s testing requirements and network configuration. The Sales personnel have to be trained to remember the various combination of products to be able to respond to the customer’s requirements on-the-go. The only collateral the Sales guys had at their disposal was hard-to-update print collateral and powerpoints.
