Design of a kitchen knife
ergonomics project
I don't define the ergonomics of this knife design just about its hand-adapted handle.
For me, ergonomics also means visual ergonomics, so also how well I can find the knife that I need right now between all the other knives. It means also ergonomics to me when I can hang my knife not only on a hook, but also on a kitchen rail that may not has any hooks.
The handle ends of the knives are colored differently. This doesn't just have aesthetic reasons. It's about overview.
