There is not much variety in the material of screen viewing in Singapore. Yes there are the little Arthouse theatres sprinkled around but it is not yet established and is a market that is niche and in it’s infancy. As a cinephile myself, this leads me to create ‘B movie’, a movie house. What I intend for this movie house is to bring in much lesser known foreign and local films that is considered a ‘B movie’ in the eyes of the Singaporean population.
