Barragan’s original project for a landmark signaling the entrance to Ciudad Satelite -Mexico City's first planned suburb- called for as much as five times the size and number of towers. Our proposal echoes his original idea, offering a kinetic, light-reflecting sculpture to be appreciated at 60 mph from the highway.
