Research has shown that users want to focus on the analysis of the content and too complicated heaped interface distracts from work. The value of many icons remain unclear; overall functionality is fine, but the toolbar in 4-5 series significantly reduces the subject area and complicates data's perception. The most data analysis programs developers use a poisonous range of colours that at long work with the app significantly reduces the perception. Also, it may be user error when editing a file (or accidentally use of editing tools) that lead to overwriting the original data. It was specified an optimal set of required tools for the analysis of data.

1. For the best content perception, it was proposed to implement the application in one colour, in a muted blue colour scheme that matches the colours of the company brand. Also, each software version for each supported operating system (Linux, Mac, Windows) obtained the best kind of fonts.
