Hartland Commons, a new proposed boutique hotel for the Shaw District of Washington, DC, was designed to provide a modular room layout maximizing the edges of the site. The project consisted of a five-story, 105-room boutique hotel. The building also includes various retail spaces at the ground level, a café, an art gallery, a generous lobby, a lounge and conference center, a courtyard garden, a fitness center, a roof garden, and underground parking.
My role included the preparation of presentation plans, rendering and site axonometric for a marketing brochure.
