Outside of "client work" work.
Quick Renders.
Week 1.
Created this after a 2d flat design baseboard I made was called Tacky.  Inspiration can come in many forms. Used Cinema 4D to create.  Rendered frame in preview window and took a screenshot with "snipping tool".  Would've normally brought into Photoshop or AE to adjust the look.  Text is off-center on purpose..cause it's TACKY.  I AM TACKY.
Week 2.
We were talking about the shortcomings and differences between Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Cinema in a group setting.  Sometimes when you want to stick inside 1 program, Illustrator for example, it takes you longer to do shading than if you were to just create a simple object in Cinema and throw a custom texture on it with a bump map.  Is creating a shaded egg harder to do in Illustrator (with decent results) than it is in Cinema? Probably.
Week 3
I'm working on recreating the intro to Stranger Things in Cinema.  Still a lot of work to do especially on the texture.  I was getting some feedback from Tom Beal, and he said MORE NOISE..I did that, and it was TOO MUCH NOISE.  Not Noice Noise.  Tom in sense killed my render, and I'll never forgive him for it.
Week 4
I've been able to work on a project where a test of cel style animation has made it into the final spot.  I was just doing this test to see if it would work, and it worked.  Using Particular, and Red Giant 3D stroke for the write on.  Allows you to taper the in and out points.
Week 5
I got to animated birds pooping.  This is my job.  Thanks to Kyle Patterson for the design elements.
