A brochure for One18 Residences, an iconic 25-storey serviced suites skyscraper that towers above the current low rise cityscape of
Phnom Penh, Cambodia. A luxury development located in the city's prime district is designed by AEDAS, one of the world's five largest
architectural firms.
Working in partnership with Fundhive and Kingsland Global, the publication was created based on the distinctive greenery lush from the architectural and interior aspects of the building. With amenity of hotel-like services in the comforts of a home away from home, One18 Residences will be the tallest building in its vicinity and will be managed by Wangz Singapore, a hospitality business of 38 years locally who has been managing Wangz Hotel and Forest by Wangz.
