麦德信(MEDTRUST),是以处方药为主的综合型服务平台,以私人诊所式的服务为特色,给客户舒适,专业的诊疗体验;在专业性区域划分、专业的慢病管理、精细化的商品管理、尤其是新特药专销及体验式营销、医生不定点咨询、药师一对一的专业服务和用药指导、会员管理、家庭健康档案跟踪、商品送货到家的O2O模式。

MEDTRUST Brand Integration Design

Medtrust is an integrated medical service centre that mainly focus on selling prescription medicines. Similar to private clinic, Medtrust aim to provide comfortable and professional medical treatment experience. By combining traditional medical business and internet, Medtrust develop a professional, detailed chronic illness and medicines O2O management platform, especially for new and special drug selling, treatment experience marketing, unfixed point doctor consulting, apothecary one to one guide service, member and vip management, family healthy file, door to door delivery.










在医、药分营的医改背景下,“专业与服务”将是改善“药、患”关系的重要因素。因此,我们将“MEDTRUST、药、人”融为一体,既有直观的品牌属性,也融合了“药”与“人”的关系,传递出麦德信“医药以人为本、和谐共生”的品牌理念。

Under the policy of separate the doctor and medicine, “professional service ” is the key point to improve the relationship between patient and hospital. Therefore, we combine the concept of “Medtrust, drug, human” to reflect a direct brand and industry character, also emphasis the brand core concept which is “Medical Therapy Bases on Human Being” by the combination of “drug” and “human” .










为让品牌获得理想的传播效果,我们将品牌形象进行二次解构,提取医药的视觉元素进行辅助图案的创作。
For an ideal promotion effort, we resolved the brand image and utilized the element of drugs and design the supporting graphic.










为满足品牌形象在不同环境下的传播需求,我们对辅助图案也做了进一步的延伸,构建出更为立体、层次丰富的辅助图案系统。
In order to reach the promotion requirements under various situation, we extended the supporting graphic and create a more comprehensive and solid graphic system.










一层主要有处方药与非处方药区,客户服务区(包括药师咨询,VIP诊疗体验,客户休息)。
Main areas for first floor are prescription drugs, OTC, customer services (including apothecary consulting, VIP treatment experience, Resting area).










二层则主要是大中小型医疗器械体验与中药百子柜区。
For the second floor there are medical apparatus and instruments and Chinese herb.










入口左边立体的发光药丸与右边橱窗的药丸展台,结合统一的店面形象,让品牌显得更加专业。
The lighting drug on the left side of entrance and the exhibition booth on the right side of the shopping window integrated the shop visual image, make the brand more professional.









从开放式的药师咨询区与非处方药区,再到相对封闭的处方药区与诊疗体验区,全程都有药师与服务人员一对一的指导,舒适的空间与专业的服务诠释出品牌的核心价值。

Apothecary one to one service through the whole area of the shop including the open area such as consulting centre, OTC and also the private area such as prescription and therapy experience area. Comfort space and professional service indicated the brand core value.










融入生活场景的墙面插画,到贯穿整个空间的曲线与服务区的三棵树,让空间充满活力的同时也更加有亲和力,更表达了品牌本真,健康,自然,向上的精神。
To make the space more energetic and compatible, we put some drawing with life scene and, put three trees across the curve of the space and the service area. This also reflect the spirit of the brand of life, truly, healthy, nature and grow up.
