The City of Chandler's annual Halloween event that invites all ghosts, goblins, ghouls, creatures, characters and superheroes to join in for an evening of safe family fun! There is food, games, arts & crafts, costume contests, souvenir photos, and a Haunted House!
This event logo has been copied throughout MANY cities/towns/organizations. Just Google "Halloween Spooktacular" in the image search and find it used by many. I was once told that "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" and when I hear this phrase I am reminded of this project.
