This is a student project that is aimed at the youth in Cornwall. The project aim is to collecting images of local everyday activities via the hashtag #CornishYouthNow using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Flickr.

We want to show the youth's current perspective in Cornwall; so take some photos and videos, upload them and include the hashtag #CornishYouthNow!

This website assisted in pushing forward our campaign by educating individuals on the project and what we stood for (click here). The information of what the project stood for is evident below.

Social media has a strong influence on individuals by encouraging them to get involved with causes in an easy way. People and locals quickly got involved. Although we used both Facebook and Instagram, we found that Instagram worked the best as people could easly post and the images became easily accessible.
