The one bedroom apartment is a duplex and the only front faces the river and the city.
Because of the view a terrace was created on the rooftop hence establishing the apartment’s layout.
The bedroom is on the lower, entrance level, while the living room and kitchenette on the upper level bring the common space closer to the terrace.
The design focused on fluidity which magnifies small spaces.

Casa Karam, Lisboa

O apartamento T1 desenvolve-se em dois pisos, com uma única frente sobre o rio e a cidade.

Para tomar partido da vista, introduziu-se um terraço, que ditou a distribuição programática dos pisos.

No piso inferior, junto à entrada, localiza-se o quarto e o nível acima é ocupado pela sala e  kitchenette, aproximando-se as áreas sociais do terraço.

Neste projecto priveligiou-se a fluidez de forma a optimizar os espaços pequenos.
