How to Build a ConOps Instructional Guide
A tool for proposal managers and graphic designers
The cornerstone of The Proposal Center's process is the large 11x17 Concept of Operation drawing that showcases an overview of a proposal's entire operational plan. Discovering that a verbal and written description of how to create one was inadequate, a brochure was developed as an internal instructional guide to show proposal managers and designers the specific steps needed to create a comprehensive and engaging Concept of Operations. Mylar was used to depict the build process.
