KUKA Interface Concept

KUKA AG is one of the world's leading suppliers of robotics and plant and systems engineering. Driven by the innovative power of the company, we designed a robot control USER interface concept and design. This concept was based on the KUKA smartPAD. The interface design was optimised so that complete factory control is possible using portable tablets.

To ensure a smooth integration a web-based solution was used which can be complemented by additional apps at any time.

Particularly important for the implementation was a user-friendly operation supported by visualisation and clear guidance. Moreover, it is possible to apply Augmented Reality, Chatbots and also virtual control.

The project was realised within just a couple of weeks. We would therefore like to point to the fact that we are well aware of the time and effort needed for the realisation of such an operation.

Furthermore, with today’s knowledge we cannot live up to the requirements of an overall robot control system.

The concept is intended as visual food for thought, and we enjoyed working on it very much.
