BouwMaat is a contractor who prefers to build with sustainable products and as environmentally friendly as possible. They are hired for special projects that require expert knowledge like art objects, monumental buildings and architectural renovations. Dutch Portfolio helped BouwMaat with researching and renewing their corporate identity and communication channels. We rebranded the company and designed a new logo, website, newsletter and other elements.
 
Design process
The design process for BouwMaat started with a brainstorm to explore the organisation. For this brainstorm we used the Business Model Canvas. After this session Dutch Portfolio started with various sketches and concepts of the new identity of BouwMaat.
 
After presenting all the different ideas BouwMaat chose for a round logo. With the logo we also designed a grid that forms the basis of the visual language. This can be used in various sizes and colours. The grid is used in the business card and the website design. 
 
The colour of the corporate identity is various shades of black, blue and brown. In addition to the colours we also used different textures of materials. This gives the visual identity a unique look.
 
The new corporate identity is implemented in a complete package that includes a logo package, website, email signature, quotation, business cards, banner, stickers, lettering for the vans, correspondence paper, envelopes, a stamp and T-shirts.
