The dharma in everyday life (afternoon)

As a human being, one will inevitably experience happiness and sadness. There is nothing more than that. Admittedly, happiness never harms our minds, but sadness can directly affect the rhythm of our heartbeats and give us sorrowful feelings. In many cases, happiness and sadness have become causes of emotions (sadness-hidden happiness or happiness-hidden sadness), which will concurrently be experienced by each other at a certain period of time. It is understood that happiness can easily be shared, but sadness is rarely welcomed. However, people have come up with different ways to relieve suffering. Some people prefer to seek advices from close friends they trust. Some of them may visit a Buddhist temple to practice the Lord Buddha’s teachings aiming to eliminate sorrows and create peace of mind. I personally agree with both ideas. If I have a trustworthy person by my side, I will talk to or consult with him. If my suffering still remains or I don’t want to share it with anyone of my loved ones, I must help myself. I am managed to control my thought, which is considered a major cause of my suffering. Similarly, the achievement of this thesis can reflect the alleviation of my suffering.
The creative thesis  “The dharma in everyday life (afternoon)” exhibit about ideal and imagine which compose of happiness and affliction appear in mind pacified. From this point I consider the cause of affliction in my mind.  The affliction are built up from desired and passion of human such as greedy, angry and enchantment. I always use a doctrine from Dharma-book to inspire myself for treating and removing the affliction.
