    Declining enrolments and a reduced budget required a new approach to how the Centre for Adult Education promoted its short courses. A redesign of the existing quarterly catalogue was produced with a print run of 10,000 for POS, and a comlementary 16‑page A5 foldout mini-guide was created as an insert in a major newspaper across metropolitan Melbourne. The portion of the campaign budget saved from he reduced print run was reinvested into digital marketing including social media and SEM. The 3 month campaign resulted in the best enrolments figures for six months with cancellation rates due to low enrolments significantly reduced and revenue almost doubled from the previous month.
