All of these drawings belong to different series, the thing that unites them in my mind is that I did them after a long-but-not-long-enough trip to Russia. I love Mexico, but leaving Russia was not easy. And even though I can't say I've achieved such mastery in the arts of nostalgia and melancholia as I saw up north, I was not left unscathed.
