Vidro produces glassware cut and pigmented in the centuries-old Portuguese tradition, with designs that inspire conversations that last long after the ice has melted.
The brand’s identity is inspired by details from Portuguese culture and the look and feel of the products, from the cuts of the glass to the colors. With artistry and positivity at the core of their brand, Vidro focuses on the beauty of celebrations.
 
SCOPE:
Branding & Strategy, Packaging Design.
The Vidro logotype is custom made, inspired by the fluid forms and sharp cuts of Portuguese glass. The mark is designed to be striking on its own, yet simple enough to complement the full design system.
The brand’s palette features stark colors reflecting the pigmented glass, creating a festive feel to fit the products.
We created signature ornamental details for the brand, combining motifs from Portuguese culture with classic glass cut forms to honor the spirit of the brand and the product’s own artistry.
The product package includes special gifting details to fit the product’s focus on special occasions.
Vidro will be flying glassware from Portugal to Manila by the end of 2016.
