This is a spec house renovation. The client wanted extra bedrooms, library, homework space, place for the children to play. The client also wanted to remove the spec house 'feel' and give the house some charater. 

In this project I have liaised with client, developed concept, preliminary design, detailed designed, render, detailed documentation under supervision and laised with engineers.
