IntroductionElderly patients who go to hospital arealways coming across these four suck problems: long waiting time, forget theirsymptoms when facing the doctor, can not understand the documents fromhospital, and forget the doctors order.
Patient Journal is the kind of brochurethat try to solve those problems above. It is the information collector betweenhospital and patient. With the help of Journal, patient can easily understandthe information from hospital as well as record what they want to tell thedoctor.
Promotion in Hospital
It can be promoted via patient conference, posters, and promotion video in hospital.
