Blueprint is a monthly literary and cultural magazine based out of Waterloo, Ontario, with a print circulation of 3000. As editor-in-chief from 2010 to 2012, the magazine’s print production was of several responsibilities under my auspices; I was responsible for page layouts, soliciting a cover artist, editing the magazine’s written and graphic content, and liaising with the publisher. I was additionally responsible for staff management and training, editing, budgeting, and web management.
