Espacios Ejecutivos es un complejo de oficinas corporativas para renta. Fue uno de los primeros business centers en la ciudad de Mérida, México (hace más de 7 años), por lo tanto, con el actual boom de la industria y el aumento de la competencia necesitaban renovar su imagen y posicionarse como una opción a la altura, con experiencia y centrándose en lo más importante; sus clientes.
Se buscaba una identidad que no fuera demasiado llamativa, pues lo mas importante son los clientes, por ello el resultado es una marca discreta pero lo suficientemente fuerte y sólida para estar a la altura de los grandes corporativos.

Espacios Ejecutivos is a business center. It was one of the first of it’s kind in the city of Merida, Mexico (more than 7 years ago), therefore, with the current boom in the industry and increased competition, they needed to renew their identity and position themselves as an competitive choice, experienced and focused on their most important asset; their clients.
The client wanted an identity that was not too flashy, because for them, clients are the most important, therefore the result is a discreet but strong brand: strong enough to stand up to large corporations.
