Love letters have been something I’ve always loved reading as a kid, with my first love letter being from Jane Austen’s Persuasion. With my years of practicing calligraphy, I decided to start a new venture to offer handwritten love letters, whether it was a short note card with custom card design, or a longer letter—all with pen and ink.

To achieve the identity of the business, I used a black and white theme to match the ink color I love. The logo was based on a brush lettering I worked on. The stamp and seal are final touches to help warp up the brand theme, offering an old world elegance.

The overall look and feel of the portfolio website was muted and simple, allowing for the eyes to see the actually letters themselves. I used WordPress as the main CMS to allow for easy portfolio updates.
